Bagaceous has always sold by word of mouth worldwide, however, we have decided to make our unique jewelry available online too due to the demand for our designs and have an e commerce due out late 2009.
We look forward to receiving your emails and designing a piece to your specifications or something similar to an existing Bagaceous design.
All our pieces are one of a kind, however, we are happy to create a piece which we feel will flatter your own style as well as add a touch of our company to your wardrobe, be it for a luncheon event, just round the home or for a red carpet event.
We have done it all and are always happy to help.
Terms, Conditions and Privacy:
All in stock items will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared. Alternatively we will give you a time frame for our bespoke designs, especially bridal. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order or delivery of your design may not be possible.
Payment:
Payment can be made via Paypal using a credit or debit card or your existing Paypal balance.
Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days of your delivery date, please return it for a refund or exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resaleable.
You should email us using our Contact link the following information:
1. Your Name and address.
2. Reason for return.
3. Specify whether for replacement, exchange, or refund.
We will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in their original condition with all-packing material. We will issue a refund for any items that meet these conditions.
To ensure safe delivery, we only offer insured delivery due to the contents.
Note:
Please allow 14 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
We will refuse any return without a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for shipping.
